This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to OnClickInnovations Solutions ("OnClickInnovations", "we", "us", or "our") are governed. By engaging our services, placing an order, signing a service agreement, or making any payment to OnClickInnovations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out in this Refund Policy. Please read this Policy carefully before making any payment or entering into a service agreement with us. This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which govern your overall use of the Website and our services.
All payments made to OnClickInnovations, including but not limited to project advances, milestone payments, retainers, hourly billing, fixed-price contracts, subscription fees, and service charges, are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment has been received and services, resources, or deliverables have been allocated or commenced against that payment, OnClickInnovations shall not be liable to issue any refund under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of the stage of the project, the progress of the deliverables, or any change in the client's business requirements after payment has been made.
OnClickInnovations is a custom software development company that invests significant resources, including skilled manpower, designer and developer hours, licensed tools, infrastructure, and third-party services, from the moment a project is initiated. Unlike off-the-shelf products, custom development work is tailored to each client and cannot be resold or reused once produced. For this reason, all payments are treated as final and non-refundable to cover the time, effort, and operational costs already committed to the project.
Advance payments collected at the start of a project are utilised to reserve development resources, initiate planning, and begin requirement analysis and design activities. Milestone-based payments are released against the completion of defined stages of work. Once a milestone payment has been received, OnClickInnovations is under no obligation to refund such payment, even if the client chooses to discontinue the project, change scope, or engage an alternative service provider for subsequent phases.
For fixed-price engagements, all payments made as per the agreed payment schedule are non-refundable. In line with our Terms of Use, any issues, defects, or errors in the delivered work must be reported to OnClickInnovations within 90 days of delivery, and only where the source code has remained locked and has not been modified by any third-party vendor. Remediation of reported issues within this period shall be carried out by way of bug fixes or rework, and not through monetary refunds.
For hourly-based engagements, compensation claims or refund requests relating to time already billed and approved are not acceptable. Under hourly arrangements, the responsibility for managing, reviewing, and auditing the code and work output rests with the client. Any concerns or issues relating to committed work must be reported within 10 days of the relevant code commit, as stated in our Terms of Use. Payments already made for hours rendered shall not be refunded under any circumstance.
If a client chooses to cancel or discontinue a project, service, or engagement with OnClickInnovations at any point after payment has been made, no refund shall be issued for payments already received. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation shall be delivered to the client in its current state, subject to clearance of all outstanding dues. OnClickInnovations reserves the right to withhold source code, design files, and deliverables until all applicable invoices and charges are settled in full.
OnClickInnovations shall not be responsible for delays, paused timelines, or project setbacks caused by the client, including but not limited to delayed feedback, incomplete or changing requirements, non-availability of required content or assets, or delayed approvals. No refund or compensation shall be payable on account of such client-side delays, and any resulting additional effort may be chargeable as per mutually agreed rates.
Any payments made by OnClickInnovations on behalf of the client towards third-party services, software licences, hosting, domains, APIs, plug-ins, subscriptions, or any similar external resources are strictly non-refundable. Such costs are passed on from third-party vendors and are governed by their respective refund and cancellation policies, over which OnClickInnovations has no control.
Clients agree not to initiate any chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute against OnClickInnovations for services rendered in accordance with the agreed scope of work. In the event a chargeback is raised in violation of this Policy, OnClickInnovations reserves the right to suspend all ongoing work, withhold deliverables, terminate the engagement, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount along with any associated costs through appropriate legal or administrative channels.
OnClickInnovations does not offer refunds as a matter of policy. However, in rare and exceptional situations where a project has not been commenced at all and no resources have been allocated, the management may, at its sole and absolute discretion, review a written request for a partial adjustment or service credit. Any such decision shall be final and shall not set a precedent for future engagements. No client shall have a contractual right to demand a refund under this provision.
OnClickInnovations reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date. Your continued use of our Website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
